Deeney’s Scottish Flavour Japan
Moving over seas
In the winter of 2017 Deeney's opened its first franchise in Tokyo, Japan. Starting life as a mobile food truck, run by Tokyo locals Kitz and Yoko, Deeney’s JP now has a permanent stall at B-Flat Commune in Jingumae, Shibuya.
The team in Japan offer a very similar menu to their London counterparts, including classics such as the Hamish Macbeth alongside a selection of seasonal soups and tasty Scottish inspired desserts. Because Haggis is not available to import to Japan, they’ve mastered the art of creating their own.
