At Deeney’s we think most things in life are made better by melted cheese: Toast, sandwiches, hangovers, heartbreak. Which is why we’re taking our own Scottish brand of delicious toasties and soups to London’s streets.

Originally hailing from Aberdeen, we like to mix classic toastie combinations with all the things we love from home. Like regional meats and cheeses, hearty broths and spicy haggis.

The Macbeth

The Macbeth

It’s the sort of food we love to serve – simple, tasty and as fresh as a highland breeze wafting up your kilt.

With a regular Saturday pitch in Broadway Market Schoolyard, E8, and with Sundays spent on Chatsworth Road, E5, Deeney’s are satisfying homesick Scots and haggis hungry locals. The response to the famous haggis toastie the ‘Macbeth’ has been phenomenal and we’re creating haggis lovers all over town! Let’s not forget the ‘Lady Macbeth’, our veggie haggis alternative.

Hi Mark – We don’t have any pitches near Bermondsey at the moment. We do have some new pitches – Thursdays at Victoria and Fridays at St. Katherine’s Docks. We are also doing a pop up at Brewdog in Shoreditch on Monday 29th. Our best seller is The Macbeth: hot haggis, Scottish cheddar, caramelised onions, mustard and rocket, melted together between some granary bread. GET IN MA BELLY!
